Tenley Ballet

Want to have so much fun you forget you’re working out? Then Tenley Ballet is for you! This class will allow you to apply everything you’ve learned in your barre, cardio and yoga classes while at the same time increase your dance skills. The class will teach and strengthen muscle control, coordination, posture, and injury prevention all while having a good time. The class is for those who have always wanted to dance and for those who have been dancing for years. No judgements! Just come and have a good time while getting a great work out!
